EDUCATIONal CONSULTING

Research-Based

Our education consultants will research relevant educational trends and data to support districts' objectives.  We gather and analyze educational data and prepare presentations for all stakeholders that are clear and concise; to inform decision making and design SMART goals.

individualized needs

Our educational consultants will observe clients' current practices to determine areas of strength and those in need of further development. In collaboration with the client, a SMART-goals plan is designed that aligns with district/school improvement priorities.

TRAINING and Coaching

The purpose in coaching staff is to build capacity in educational teams while implementing evidence-based practices AND to improve students’ academic, behavioral and social/emotional outcomes. We design new training programs and offer teacher training workshops (including virtual training for remote learning), make recommendations for developmentally appropriate educational materials and implement usage of new technologies and e-learning platforms.

Implementation Support

We help match students to appropriate learning environments, such as special education programs, provide academic intervention programs, develop strategies to improve educational outcomes and close achievement gaps.

Consulting fees

Consulting services begin at $200/hr with a minimum 3 hour retainer
